Who we are
This website is operated by SCW South Coast Waterproofing, 4/24 Duranbah Drive, Huskisson NSW 2540. You can reach us on the Contact page or by phone.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us through the enquiry form: your name, phone number, suburb, what needs waterproofing, your message, and your email address if you give one.
To help us understand where enquiries come from, the site also records basic technical details when you send a form, such as the page you arrived on, your browser language and your approximate country.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and to prepare a quote for the job you described.
- To keep a record of the enquiry so we can follow it up.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
How we store it
Enquiries are sent to us by email and kept in our enquiry records so none are lost. Email is sent through SendGrid, a mail delivery provider, and their privacy policy applies while a message is in transit. We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to deal with the job and our records.
Spam protection
To keep automated spam out of our inbox we may use Google reCAPTCHA on the enquiry form. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms apply to that check.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us on the Contact page or by phone and we will deal with it.
Updates
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest revision.
